Our CAFC team is 100% neurodivergent which means we have built this project through our lived experience and personal understanding.
We strive to model inclusivity, respect, and communication that empowers everyone.
From peer support and capacity building workshops to neurodiversity awareness training for local businesses, we are changing the narrative from disability to possibility.
CAFC are creating communities where differences are understood, strengths are celebrated, and everyone has the opportunity to belong, contribute, and succeed.
What makes this project different is that it is disability-and co-designed with the neurodivergent community. Through ongoing consultation, feedback, and lived experience, we ensure autistic voices are heard and shape every stage of the project.
Together, we explore practical ways to improve communication, reduce barriers and create opportunities for autistic people to thrive.
